These terms apply when you use https://taanug.org or buy anything on it.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Taanug USA Inc. For any question: taanugorg@gmail.com.
2. What we sell
Digital courses (video and audio), live meditation classes over Zoom, and private coaching sessions. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are shown clearly on each course page before you pay.
3. Your account
You must give a real email address. You are responsible for keeping your password private. One account is for one person.
4. Access and licence
Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the material yourself. You may not share your password, download and redistribute the videos, or show them publicly. Accounts that do this may be closed without a refund.
5. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
6. Membership
The monthly membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. Not medical advice
The meditations, breathwork, energy healing and coaching offered here are for spiritual and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and they do not replace care from a doctor or licensed therapist. If you have a health concern, speak with your doctor. In an emergency, call 911. Breathwork can be intense — if you are pregnant, or have heart or blood-pressure conditions, epilepsy, or a psychiatric condition, please check with your doctor first.
9. Content ownership
All videos, audio, text and materials on this site belong to Taanug USA Inc.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to this site or its content is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows when they were last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
