Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day guarantee on courses

If a course is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No explanation needed. Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Monthly membership

The membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account or by writing to us. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. Months already billed are not refunded, though we will always make it right if something went wrong.

Private coaching

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed sessions, are not refunded. If we have to reschedule, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

Live classes

If a live class is cancelled, you may take a place in the next one or receive a full refund — whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email taanugorg@gmail.com or call 8455958626 from the address you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days.

Free items

The free guided meditation costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we would much rather solve it directly, and we almost always can.
